Welcome to My Page This is a page that is dedicated
to those that seek to live a healthier and more  
physically prepared life. If You are seeking proper
training,diet,strength
conditioning,bodybuilding,fitness,cardio, or just
basically trying to stay in shape or get back into shape
after a lay off, child birth,preparing for an
event,vacation,graduation,or reunion I have the
knowledge and patience and understanding to assist
you in that journey to a better you. I am a trainer that
has proven results and skilled with many different
training methods from a negatives to power of range,to
high intensity to heavy duty to different celebrated diet
schemes . Please feel free to take the step to a better
you and enjoy the rewards of a healthier more active
you .  A brief description of myself :  6'4, 235 lbs. with
a 12% body fat ratio in off season bulk. I have come
back and recovered fully from several injuries
including 3 herniated disks, torn rotator cuff, pulled
groin, stress fractured ankle and a bout of double
neumonia. Recovery, readjusting and staying focused
and positive is what long term goals health and life is
all about. You can achieve the desired goals you set
your mind to do as long as you keep a positive
environment and positive successful peers,family and
health  wise people in your mist. Please realize that
nothing worth having is easy if so everyone would be
content and prosperous it takes
push,motivation,determination and drive to reach any
goal kid gloves are just that they are for children . I
offer an insight,a push a helping hand and a person
that will regardless of what your goals are one who
shall not stop until you have reached them and passed
the limits that you have allowed yourself to set before
you in life and tear away what others seem to believe
is imposable for you to achieve.  I have been training
seriously for the last three years but training in general
for over 12 years. Remember there is No schedule
that stops you from achieving a healthy body and a
physical sense of well being, the only limits You have
are the ones You set before yourself it comes a time in
most folks lives where you must think of your tomorrow
not just educationally but mentally and physically , We
make new years resolutions to only break them in a
matter of weeks and months due to excuses???? Why
not put a better You forward now ? Not just for your
mate,spouse,children, but for Yourself ,is the body not
the vessel? Is a long healthy life not limited to select
few? If you have over come all the other obstacles in
life why not make this one of them?. Listen I was one
whom used reasons,excuses,and many other things to
say why I couldn't do this or didn't have time for that .
Don't allow the time to pass and you say ''next year I
am gonna live healthier'' Regardless of the choices
You make I sincerely hope that You found something
you can take and apply to your life from what I have
said because rather you admit it or remain in denial
You can feel exactly where I am coming from its not
about anyone else but you when it comes to health
and live a physically fit life  You have the access to the
best fashion,education,careers so why not the very
best body to match your other blessing?

How do we go about from this point on to accomplish
them what can we do to tweek your diet,water and
sodium intake and see what kind of scheduled  
training weekly would be good for your life style . I
offer daily per client a 45 minute-1 hour training course
including stretching,cardio,and weight training and
conditioning with a minimum of 2 days per week per
client  each session is $35.00 per. and a minimum of a
three week contracted training agreement. If you
